This antifoam has been developed with a specialized formulation based on aliphatic oils, which gives it high performance in foam elimination and control across various industrial applications. Its design is aimed at providing fast and effective action both in destroying existing foam and preventing its formation throughout different production processes. Thanks to its ability to release trapped air in liquid media and disperse homogeneously, it ensures more stable and efficient processes, minimizing downtime, product losses, and quality issues associated with foam formation.

Among its characteristics and properties, Antifoamzera Non-Silicone appears as a viscous white liquid with a characteristic odor. It contains between 22% and 28% total solids when evaluated at 100 °C, indicating a high concentration of active ingredients responsible for its antifoaming action. Its viscosity ranges from 400 to 4000 cP at 25 ± 2 °C, allowing for proper handling, pumping, and dosing either inline or in batch processes.

The product’s pH range is between 4.0 and 7.0, making it compatible with a wide variety of formulations and processes without negatively affecting the chemical stability of the systems in which it is incorporated. In efficiency tests such as the Shaker Test (10 seconds of agitation at 450 OSC/min), the product shows excellent performance, producing ≤ 0.5 cm of residual foam, which demonstrates its ability to act even under conditions of high turbulence or agitation.

In terms of stability, the product maintains its properties for up to 1 year under normal storage conditions, which facilitates its logistical handling and long-term storage without compromising its effectiveness.

Thanks to its versatility, this antifoam adapts to multiple industrial sectors. It is widely used in the general chemical industry to control foam generated during reactions and mixtures. In acid manufacturing, its incorporation ensures continuous operation free from foam-related blockages. In industrial washing processes, such as bottle washing, it helps maintain rinsing efficiency and prevents overflow or cross-contamination.
