It is designed to prevent and reduce foam formation in industrial processes by lowering the surface tension of the liquid film that forms bubbles, causing them to collapse. This mechanism optimizes various industrial operations where foam can interfere with efficiency, thereby improving overall performance.
Antifoamzerabreak is presented as a viscous dark brown liquid with a characteristic odor. Its viscosity at 25 ± 2 °C is up to 2500 cP, providing the necessary fluidity to act effectively without being overly liquid. Its total solids content is at least 75% at 100 °C, ensuring a high active concentration that enhances its effectiveness. In terms of chemical stability, the product performs well within a pH range of 3.0 to 7.0, making it suitable for applications in both acidic and neutral environments. It also offers a shelf life of one year under proper storage conditions, ensuring long-term use without loss of effectiveness.
